Hags (山姥 Yamanba?) are a type of magical creature in Delicious in Dungeon.
Anatomy and Appearance[]
Hags are magical creatures made of paper[3] that take the appearance of a large humanoid[4] with long hair and an oni-like face holding a sharp knife. They have long, almost claw-like fingernails.[5] Their dress resembles their creator.[6][5]

Behavior and Weaknesses[]
Hags are the result of a spell created by Maizuru initially with the purpose of locating a hiding Shuro as a child.[2] A hag will only appear after certain activation conditions are met[1][2] and is single-minded in its task, whether that be killing a runaway servant[7] or finding a missing child.[2]
They appear to be fairly strong[4] and are able to float or fly.[8] They also seem to be able to understand speech to a degree.[2]
As hags are made of paper, they can be cut through with a sword fairly easily, but this does not eliminate the threat as hags are still able to function even when cut up.[3] A more effective strategy is to light them on fire in some way, as they will burn rapidly.[4][2]
Culinary Usage[]
As hags are made of paper, they are presumably inedible.
