Hippogriffs (ヒポグリフ Hipogurifu?) are a type of monster in Delicious in Dungeon.
Anatomy and Appearance[]
Hippogriffs are hybrid monsters that have the front half of an eagle-like bird and the back half of a relative of the horse.[1]

Behavior and Weaknesses[]
Hippogriffs, unlike Griffins, are able to digest fruit, so are comparatively not active hunters. They appear to like sweet things. They will pursue parties that have a horse, possibly out of curiosity or the desire to mate.[1]
Hippogriffs use their hind legs as weapons, with a kick from their hooves able to do fatal damage.[1] However, they will not always eat those they kill.[2] In addition, they tend to store their prey for later consumption.[3][4]
